How does language impact the experience?

UX is here and is a big part of our everyday life. It’s in the products we use, and of course, in the websites and apps we visit. User experience hits on everything we do in life. Everything is UX.

UX implies understanding user personas. Companies and their agencies work together to define what the ideal user scenarios will be to optimize conversion. User attitudes and habits and expectations are all analyzed so that the web site or app guides the user efficiently to the end-goal.

How do we
speak that
language then?

Too often, companies use their language to explain their products and services. Unfortunately, this language can become esoteric or not in tune with how their customer speaks. This can have devastating SEO results, not to mention the lack of clarity needed to read the content.
